Ian's contribution as a Product Coordinator for just under 4 years was invaluable and spent most his time on this title. He served as the liaison between the Games Team in Brazil and the Player Experience Team in Ireland, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Ian's exceptional skills in writing and translation were evident in his work of rewriting the games FAQs and translating them into 14 different languages. He also developed automated bots that helped manage the intake of Player Support tickets, streamlining the process and improving efficiency.

Zooba
Ian has had the opportunity to work on Zooba twice in his career. In 2019, he helped set up for Zooba's global launch by assisting Player Support in receiving tickets from Helpshift. He returned in 2022 to work on Zooba, where he re-wrote many FAQs for the game, including the Character FAQ's. Ian tidied up and re-formatted these FAQs, ensuring each character had a backstory and introduced their skills to the players.

Sky Warriors
Sky Warriors launched globally on the 6th of October 2021. Ian worked very closely with the Games Team, creating all the FAQ's, automation bot's and knowledge base for Player Support before this date, ensuring a smooth launch. As the game continued being update, Ian created more of these FAQ's, bots and knowledge bases, guaranteeing all information was correct in these before going live.
